Japanese cooling specialist Scythe has unleashed the Ninja 3 CPU cooler, targeting enthusiasts.


Built on the success of its popular predecessor (Ninja 2 Rev. B CPU Cooler), the beefy new cooler features M.A.P.S. (Multiple Airflow Pass-through Structure) technology and has a nickel-plated copper base, enhanced aluminum fins, eight U-shaped copper heatpipes, and is bundled with a Slip Stream 120mm PWM fan that runs at speeds of up to 1,900 RPM at 37 dBA. It also makes use of the F.M.S.B. 2 (Super Flip Mount Back-Plate 2) for compatibility* with a myriad of Intel and AMD processors. The Ninja 3 CPU cooler is expected to hit store shelves come mid-July at a MSRP of USD 49.00**/ 35.90 EUR**.
