Sony Ericsson Idou is now officially called Satio

Remember Sony Ericsson "Idou" smartphone which was previewed at the Mobile World Congress in February? Well, its now officially known as Satio. However, the Sony Ericsson Satio will only be available in October.

Sony Ericsson Idou is now officially called Satio

Sony Ericsson has officially announced their new high-end smartphone from Entertainment Unlimited series, Satio. Previously codenamed "Idou", the phone is based on Symbian OS (S60 5th edition) and with many applications available online for use.

The Sony Ericsson Satio will feature a 3.5-inch (360x640) TFT wide touchscreen, SanDisk microSD card slot with 8GB card included, and 12.1-megapixel camera with Xenon flash and intuitive touch focus.It will also support GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and UMTS/HSPA 900/2100 networks.

Comes in Black, Silver and Bordeaux, the Sony Ericsson Satio will be launched in October.
