Sony called their USB flash drive, Micro Vault and recently, the company has announced their new Micro Vault P series in Singapore with capacities of from 4GB to 64GB. The P series claim to be more sleek and compact which allows users to carry with them conveniently.

Sony Electronics Asia Pacific has recently introduced their new new high capacity Micro Vault P Series flash drives for users to store and share their songs, photos and videos easier.

With storage capacities of up to 64GB, the Micro Vault P Series features a small, stylish and easy-to carry design that gives users all the space they need wherever they go. Available in black or white, the Micro Vault P series has a slim profile, and a strap hole makes attaching to a key chain or mobile phone a snap. A 360-degree LED at the tip lets users know when data is being written, and when it is safe to remove. Sony has also included its popular Click feature that let users reveal the USB connector without adding length to the body and protect it when not in use.

Software for the Micro Vault P series includes File Rescue and x – Pict Story. File rescue provides recovery of important data that might have been deleted by mistake, while x – Pict Story allows the creation of an automated photo presentation using the files stored on the Micro Vault. Featuring storage capacities in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB, the new Micro Vault P Series will be available in Asia Pacific from mid-July 2011. Pricing details not available at press time.
