StarHub has announced that it will start the retail of the iPhone 4S at 35 selected outlets across Singapore from 10am on 28 October 2011. This comes a day after SingTel took the wraps off its own plans on Tuesday, which itself came days after M1 became the first Telco to unveil its Apple iPhone 4S price plans last weekend.

"We are pleased to offer iPhone 4S in Singapore. We believe that our customers will be thrilled by the exciting new features delivered by this iPhone model," said Mr Ng Long Shyang, Head of Sales and Marketing at StarHub. "Powered by StarHub's nationwide advanced mobile broadband network and with the generous 12GB bundled data on our 3G SmartSurf packages, iPhone 4S offers an outstanding mobile experience that our customers will enjoy."
StarHub has previously announced that it will not be accepting any pre-orders for the latest smartphone offering from Apple, though it is understood that a random selection of customers were selected as part of an invitation-only pre-order scheme.
