Sunrise AS-Charm & SW-Xcape earphones Review

In recent times, more and more budget-centric earphone brands such as SoundMAGIC and BrainWavz from China have started to penetrate the audiophile market with quality audio at just a fraction of the cost, compared to the European and Japanese rivals. However, amidst the onslaught of these Chinese makers emerge a new brand from Vietnam, by the name of Sunrise. How will it fair in the battlefields of audiophiles that the Chinese brands have seem to dominate?


Being a true audiophile doesn’t require an arm and a leg like they used to a couple of years back. With the recent Chinese invasion of earphone makers, many laymen were given the opportunity to hear what they have been missing out without burning a hole in their wallets. Chinese brands such as SoundMAGIC and Brainwavz shouldn’t be much of a stranger to the local market with their pleasantly surprising performance and affordable price tags. In this review, we put Sunrise’s offerings to the test and see if the Vietnam-based company is able to surprise us with their bundles of joy.
