California-based Super Talent, has unveiled the DuraDrive ET2 and ZT2 SSDs, targeting enterprises and industrial sectors.


Touted as the “world's fastest SSDs to meet industrial specifications”, they come in both 1.8” (DuraDrive ZT2, ZIF)/ 2.5” (DuraDrive ET2, PATA) sizes and are based on SLC/ MLC NAND flash memory.  Both are can work at -40ºC to 85ºC, have bad bit management, wear leveling technology, access times of 0.1ms, and support data transfer rates of up to 125 Mb/s (read) and 110 Mb/s (write). The DuraDrive ET2 and ZT2, available in capacities of 16GB to 128GB (SLC) and 32GB to 256GB (MLC), can be purchased from authorized resellers, retailers and e-tailers come end August.
