Symbian For Netbooks Is a Possibility

It was a matter of time given speculations and predictions and indeed, in an interview with TechRadar, Symbian Foundation’s leader Tim Holbrow has mentioned on the possibility to see Symbian based netbooks.

It was a matter of time given speculations and predictions and indeed, in an interview with TechRadar, Symbian Foundation’s leader Tim Holbrow has mentioned on the possibility to see Symbian based netbooks.

Holbrow’s vision, however was that netbooks will evolve into mobile devices that are essentially a processor, adapting to the environment in which they’re put. People will bring this processor around and access data from various sources.

“What we’re seeing at the Symbian Foundation is a move towards
superconvergence… all of your technologies all converging into one
device,” – Holbrow
