Apple has finally heard complaints about the legacy features it removed in the latest iWork update. The features are going to be added back over the next six months.
At its media event last month, Apple announced that iWork and iLife apps will now be available for free for iOS devices activated after September 1. The company has now started crediting those who have purchased the apps after that.
Apple has started limiting access to its web-based iWork for iCloud suite’s beta program, after receiving an overwhelming response to the service from users.
A new welcome screen has been discovered in iOS 7 beta firmware which hints that Apple might offer its iLife and iWork iOS apps for no charge once it releases iOS 7 to the public later this year.
