Twitter’s popular video-sharing app Vine is now available for Windows Phone 8.

Twitter has announced that its video sharing service Vine now serves more than 40 million registered users worldwide, a milestone it has achieved rather quickly despite facing competition from Facebook’s Instagram.
Vine has updated its official iOS app today, adding a host of new features such as an improved camera UI, channels and the ability to revine videos.
Facebook may have made some bad moves recently, but, so far, its newly added video for Instagram feature seems to be working out well for the social network.
Yesterday, Facebook unveiled Videos for Instagram, a feature that allows users to capture and share a 15 second video using 13 exclusive filters. Since then, a whopping 5 million videos have been uploaded using the new feature in the past 24 hours.
Facebook has finally unveiled the much hyped Vine rival dubbed as “Video for Instagram” during the press conference in California. This news did not come as a surprise as it was all over the internet as soon as the event invites reached the press. Video for Instagram allows users to record short videos of up
