At 6.18mm, the Ascend P6 is currently the thinnest smartphone in the world, at least until the time another device comes along. A few test photos have been taken to showcase how good the 8MP camera sensor is on the mobile, so let’s take a look at these shots.
Huawei has managed to fit in an 8 MP camera sensor in a device that is only 6.18 mm thick. And from the test shots, it looks like the quality of the lens is quite good as the photos look clear and detailed.
Huawei has created a marvel of a device with the Ascend P6. Featuring an all-metallic chassis, Huawei has shown the world that it can build handsets that combine form and functionality. And the P6 doesn’t let users down on the hardware front either. Featuring a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor and 2 GB RAM, the device is fast. It has a 4.7-inch HD screen, and the only area where the device lags behind is the 8 GB internal memory, although the inclusion of a Micro-SD slot serves to remedy that.
The Ascend P6 is currently available in China, and is set to be available in international markets by the end of July. It will be available in colour variations of black, white and pink.
