Building on the success of VRM-R3/R4, Thermalright is preparing to release the VRM-R5.
Measuring 118 x 117 x 122mm and weighing 140g, the VRM-R5 features 80mm of fin area, high-riser punched fins, dual 6mm heatpipes and “Hand Turnable” screws (tool-free installation of the heatsink). With support for one 80mm2 fan for additional cooling, it is compatible with stock/reference designed ATI 5870/5850 graphic cards. Pricing and availability has not been announced yet so stay tuned for more updates.
