Toshiba Singapore Unveils 14-inch USB Mobile LCD Monitor

Need an additional display to your notebook PC? You can consider getting this new Toshiba 14-inch USB Mobile LCD Monitor. The widescreen LCD monitor weighs just 1.27kg and measures about an inch thick and is available in stores now.

Toshiba Singapore Unveils 14-inch USB Mobile LCD Monitor

Toshiba Computer Systems Division (CSD), a division of Toshiba Singapore, has announced the availability of their new 14-inch USB-powered Mobile LCD Monitor, designed for users who want an additional screen to their laptop at work, school, home or anywhere one is at.

It sports a 14-inch widescreen display with a resolution of 1,366x768 pixels, and comes equipped with the same LCD panel as a notebook PC for crisp images. The Toshiba 14-inch USB Mobile Monitor weighs a mere 1.27kg, and measures than an inch thick, and which makes it easy to fit in most laptop bags. The monitor’s power and video are both transferred via a single USB connection to the notebook PC using video over USB technology from DisplayLink, thus eliminating the need to carry bulky AC adapter or video cable.

The Toshiba Mobile LCD Monitor comes bundled with a protective black vinyl carrying case, which can also folds into an adjustable stand for to set  various viewing levels of your preference. The case also houses the monitor’s USB cable. While the monitor can be used without a power adaptor, an optional AC adapter (PA3743E-1AC3) allows users to turn up the brightness to 220 nits (cd/m2).

The Toshiba 14-inch USB Mobile LCD Monitor is now available in shops at Sim Lim Square and Funan DigitaLife Mall at S$259.90 (inclusive of GST).
