New Features

Transmeta is sampling its new 90-nm microprocessor, which is sooner than the
company had expected. Transmeta is making great progress on our 90-nanometer
Efficeon processor and the processor is made on a foundry basis by Fujitsu. In
early April, they have began sampling these processors and now expect to begin
limited production in mid-year, which is earlier than they had previously
expected. They are receiving significant interest in their 90-nanometer Efficeon
processors for products intended to ship in the second half of 2004 and in the
spring of 2005.
