Tuniq Preps TX-4 Thermal Paste for Release

Taipei based Tuniq, subsidiary of Sunbeamtech, is readying its TX-4 Thermal Paste for release.

Available in 1ml syringes, the grey paste has a thermal conductivity of
6.53 W/mK, a viscosity of 66,200 CP,  an operating temperature range of
-45°C to 160°C, and performs better than its predecessor; the popular
TX-3 (as claimed by Tuniq). It is bundled with a TIM spreader and is
expected to hit store shelves in early May.
