
At an event in New York City, HTC revealed two more Windows 8 smartphone offerings, including what will be HTC's flagship Windows 8 device, the HTC Windows Phone 8X.
So far, the only Windows 8 action we've seen for cell phone devices has been the Lumia 820 & 920 by Nokia, which have certainly made quite a splash with their specs and wireless charging abilities. But now the playing field has just gotten a little more interesting, with two new devices which will run Window's upcoming latest offering of a mobile operating system.
The two devices are the HTC Windows Phone 8X, and 8S. The 8X will end up being the manufacturer's flagship Windows 8 device, and offers a good spattering of specs, according to an article written by PCMAG. These include,

An interesting note about these phones is the bright array of colors they feature in, which are also present in the Windows 8 Nokia Lumia phones. This could be the "style" which Windows 8 ends up being associated with. It would match well with the overall simpler design of the operating system, with its Metro interface and big buttons.

Whatever the case, it’s quite possible that consumers and tech enthusiasts alike will get a broader sampling of Windows 8 smartphone devices at Microsoft’s upcoming event in NYC.
