E3 is almost here and Ubisoft is hard at work preparing for their media briefing at the expo. To keep us all excited, the French developer and publisher has decided to confirm some of the previously announced titles that will be making the rounds at the show, as well as tease about the reveal of new next-gen IPs. At Ubisoft’s booth at E3, they’ll have playable demos of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Rayman Legends, Splinter Cell Blacklist, and THQ’s delayed South Park: The Stick of Truth.
At the media briefing however, they’ll be revealing several new titles; “exclusive next-generation games, innovative editions of popular franchises and new brands and titles”. Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot tells British gaming mag CVG that he feels this is a pivotal time for the video games industry, and says that E3 gives Ubisoft an opportunity to share their vision for the future. “We have many incredible games in development, and we’re especially excited to share more on our next-gen titles, which will deliver more connected, immersive and interactive experiences to our fans,” he says.
Finally, Ubisoft also released a teaser trailer for their E3 presence, and while it doesn’t show games, it does reveal Aisha Tyler as host of their press event.
