Identifying the Distributor of the Product

The first step in the RMA process is to determine the distributor of the product.

By Stickers:

Stickers found on the boxes of various products can be used to identify the distributor.

On the Receipt / Call the Shop : 

Sometimes, the receipt of the product will show the distributor of the product and warranty terms. If that is not the case, try calling the shop/retailer which you bought the product from.
