29 April 2008 - Nokia announced today that the Nokia Music Store in Singapore is now “live” at www.music.nokia.com.sg. With millions of tracks from major international artists, independent labels and Asian content, the Nokia Music Store brings true freedom to music lovers letting people buy and enjoy music directly from their Nokia device or personal computer 24/7. Individual tracks cost S$2.00 per track and albums are from S$16.00 for most albums. The Nokia Music Store also offers unlimited PC streaming at S$16.00 per month.

27 March 2008 - Creative today announced an entirely new category of iPod speakers with the Creative TravelSound for iPod nano (3rd Generation). The first one-piece iPod nano speaker portable enough to fit in a pocket or purse, the Creative TravelSound (model i80) for iPod nano delivers surprisingly powerful sound for such a small speaker. Available in Singapore in early April 2008 for S$129.00.

4 March 2008 - One of the slender and lustrous range of media players, that Shiro is showcasing this year, is a sleek and trendy looking, 2,4” TFT LCD player, Shiro VJ. This compact size player provides you with a large screen with a 262K colors rendition. It allows you to watch video directly from AVI and WMV files. VJ can support up to 8GB built-in memory, a Micro-SD card slot and a built-in high speed USB connectivity. VJ has FM Radio (with RDS function) and FM stereo recording, voice recording, 8 equalizer modes, 5 playback sequences, and it can playback up to 20hrs of music.

8 January 2008 - Creative today announced two new micro boom boxes to its award-winning MP3 player family: the Creative ZEN™ Stone and Creative ZEN Stone Plus with Built-in Speaker which will be available this month in a 2GB model priced at S$79.00 (US$49.99) and S$99.00 (US$59.99) respectively. Creative also introduced the Creative MuVo® T200, an ultra compact and lightweight MP3 player that comes with a full colour LCD display screen and a built-in USB connector which will be available in end February 2008 for S$99.00 (USS$59.99) and S$149.00 (US$79.99) for the 2GB and 4GB models respectively. Creative also introduced the Creative Xdock HD, the only iPod dock that upconverts your video up to 1080i resolution and your music to X-Fi® Xtreme Fidelity™.  It will be available at a later part of this year for S$619.00 (US$399.99).

4 December 2007 - Creative introduced the world's first 32GB flash memory-based portable media player with the latest version of Creative ZEN™, the credit card-sized music, video and photo player with a stunningly vibrant 2.5-inch screen that supports 16.7 million colours. The Creative ZEN player in 32GB is available in Singapore in mid December 2007 at retail stores including The CREATIVE Stores at Marina Square, Plaza Singapura and International Business Park and online store at sg.store.creative.com at the suggested retail price of S$549.00. The Creative ZEN player is also available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB models at the above stores at the suggested retail prices of S$249.00, S$349.00 and S$449.00 respectively.

26 September 2007 - Creative today introduced Creative MuVo® T100, a tiny, lightweight MP3 player with built-in USB connector that allows easy transfer of music and data without a cable. Creative MuVo T100 also offers instant Plug-n-Play without the need for software. Weighing a mere 17.8 grams in a slim long design with dimensions of only 25 X 77.5 X 8.9 mm, Creative MuVo T100 is available in 2GB and 4GB models and comes in glossy colours of black, white, blue and pink. Available at the end of October 2007 at the suggested retail prices of S$ 89.00 and S$ 149.00 for the 2GB and 4GB models respectively.

22 April 2008 - Meizu are working on developing the M8 prototypes right now and scheduled to release it in August this year. There will be 8GB and 16GB versions when launched. Stay tuned for more information.

6 November 2007 - Creative today announced the PCIe Sound Blaster X-Fi® Xtreme Audio card that is designed to make music and movies sound way better. It features the award-winning X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity™ audio technologies which enhance audio playback and deliver virtual surround sound effects.
