MSI Wind PC Actual Product First Look

14 May 2008 - MSI is getting ready to release their Wind PC in middle of June in 3 colors; Black, White and probably Pink. MSI Wind PC will compete against the upcoming ASUS Eee BOX while Wind NB will compete against the Eee PC. VR-Zone has gotten some photos of the actual product and the specs are as follows : Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor and Intel 945GC + ICH7 on passive heatsinks, 1GB DDR2 533 SO-DIMM, 160GB 3.5" Hard Disk. Noise level is less than 30dba and power consumption at ~30W.

Shuttle XPC P2 3700w SFF Workstation

14 February 2007 - Shuttle has announced the availability of its first quad-core powered SFF workstations. XPC P2 3700w workstations can be configured with up to 8GB of DDR2 ECC memory – a perfect match for animators. Shuttle offers the XPC P2 3700w workstations with Microsoft's Windows Vista Business 64-bit or Windows XP Professional 64-bit to take advantage of higher memory configuration. Additionally, the XPC P2 3700w workstations offer a variety of storage sizes and are configurable with up to 2.2 terabytes of storage space. Shuttle offers the XPC P2 3700w with a selection of ATI FireGL and Nvidia Quadro graphics cards. Quad-core powered Shuttle P2 3700w workstations are available immediately starting at $1649.

ASUS Eee BOX Actual Product First Look

13 May 2008 - Our friends from CHW has taken a snapshot on the upcoming desktop variant of the EeePC from ASUS. Known as the Eee BOX B202, it is using Intel Atom processor with 945 chipset, 1GB DDR2 memories, 80GB hard drive and runs on Linux. ASUS is slated to unveil it over at Computex in June.

ELSA Unveils Epee Workstation Barebones

15 June 2007 - ELSA has officially announced their workstation barebone series at Computex which are equipped with NVIDIA Quadro series graphics cards. Marco Chen, the general manager of ELSA revealed that they are upbeat about their workstation barebone series and are currently working closely with NVIDIA on providing the Quadro solutions as well as Gigabyte on providing the motherboards.
