Fujifilm unveiled the X-Pro1 mirrorless camera at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas two weeks ago. And for those waiting to get their hands on this, the X-Pro1 is scheduled to launch in March, but it seems that it will first come to Japan on 18 February.
It was only a couple of days since we last wrote about Fuji's upcoming digital interchangeable lens camera and thanks to an early press release and an eager French camera magazine, we know have some much better details, including pricing of Fuji's new high-end camera. In the end the name ended up being the X-Pro1, but much of the previous rumours have proven to be true in the end.
We've already seen what was meant to be some picture of an unfinished version of Fuju's upcoming mirrorless digital camera and now additional pictures have appeared, including a full-on frontal shot of the camera. There are still a lot of things that aren't known about the camera, but one thing is certain, Fuji is really digging retro styling on its high-end cameras.
There's no doubt that every camera manufacturer wants a slice of the new interchangeable lens market and most recently Nikon entered it with its 1-series of cameras that uses a small sensor and a CX mount. Around the same time, Fuji announced it was working on its own interchangeable lens camera, although not much has been known about it, well, that was until now as several pictures of a not quite finished camera and a couple of lenses has made its way onto the web.
Fujifilm has announced the release of three new additions to its lineup of compact digital cameras for casual shutterbugs. Known as the JX420, JX370 and the F600 EXR, the new cameras boast various enhanced features such as better image quality, support for geolocation data and easier photo sharing, among many others. Fujifilm has unveiled their new FinePix Z900EXR compact digital camera designed with new image sensor that is capable of shooting full high definition videos and automatically detect up to 27 different scenes.

Did the recently-announced X100 camera from Fujifilm capture your attention? If it did, chances are you might have been disappointed to find out that the camera's production would be delayed due to Fujiflim's factories being affected by the recent earthquake in Japan. However, it seems that good things come to those who wait: Fujifilm has released a report claiming that they have been able to resume production of the camera recently.

The annual PC Show 2010 took off at Suntec Convention Centre in Singapore today, with a huge turn out even before the 12 noon show time. Seems like the public has been eagerly anticipating the new bargains that would be offered on the tech gadgets and other products.
This year is the year for 3D TVs and virtually all display manufacturers are ramping up the time frame to bring their 3D HDTV models to the retail stores. But content has yet to catch up with the products, as various sources have reported that approximately twenty 3D Blu-ray movies would be available by the end of this year. Well, unless you owned this Fujifilm camera, which you could at least utilize more of the 3D TV you are intending to buy or have bought recently.
At the recent Great Electronics Show in Singapore (by Audio House), Fujifilm was one of the vendors who showcased their 3D camera that allow the capture and playback of 3D videos.
