This is at least in part thanks to its lithium-magnesium alloy chassis which is said to be half the weight of the usual aluminium alloys used in notebooks.
NEC Japan has refreshed specs on both its existing ValueStar L Series desktop and LaVie L Series notebook models which include the use of Intel's third generation "Ivy Bridge" Core processors.

Japan has gotten a new PC maker called NEC Lenovo Japan which is said to be Japan's biggest PC provider with close to 25 percent of the Japanese market. NEC has introduced the PA series projectors - PA600X, PA550W and PA500U - designed for business professionals.
