Samsung demos quad core Cortex-A9 SoC at the ISSCC

The rumoured quad core Exynos 4412 from Samsung is said to have been demoed at the ISSCC or International Solid-State Circuits Conference held in San Francisco, which as it happens finishes today. Samsung didn't announce the model name, but details of the Exynos 4412 has already leaked and the SoC that was being demoed is said to have been a quad core Cortex-A9 chip built on Samsung's 32nm high-k metal gate process.
