While certainly not as popular these days as they were going back seven years or more, Shuttle is still polishing off its XPC line of small form factor rigs from time to time with updated units and its latest jumps on the Z77 bandwagon.
While certainly not as popular these days as they were several years ago, Shuttle is still keeping its small form factor based XPC lineup refreshed with new models from time to time. A new model dubbed the XPC SZ68R5 has just been released which is based on Intel's Z68 Express chipset, using the company's FZ68 motherboard.
Call us presumptuous people, but there are times where impatience may turn out to be an asset instead of a liability, and it seems that major trade fairs and exhibitions such as Computex have a knack for proving us correct about such assumptions. As it turns out, TAITRA has held a Pre-Show International Press Conference at the Taipei International Convention Centre (TICC) today, where it not only announced various key events, but also gave the media a sneak peak into some of the new products that will be making their debut in this year's Computex. Seems like good things do not only come to those who have the patience to wait it out, after all.
Shuttle has unleashed the XPC Barebone SX58H7 Pro, targeting gamers on the lookout for high-performance SFF desktops. Measuring 326 x 208 x 189mm, the stylish barebone comes in a black aluminum enclosure and boasts an X58 motherboard, four DDR3 memory slots (up to 16Gb), dual PCI-Express x16 slots (for SLI/ CrossFireX), four SATA ports, three drive bays, two Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, I.C.E. (Integrated Cooling Engine) heatpipe technology, a 80-PLUS certified 500W PSU, audio connectors, two USB 3.0 and eight USB 2.0 connectors. The XPC Barebone SX58H7 Pro is available from major retailers and e-tailers now at a MSRP of EUR 444.00 (excl. VAT).
Shuttle has released the XPC Barebone SH67H3 and SH67H7, supporting Intel's new 32 nm-technology processors (Intel's second-generation Core processor). They feature a H67 motherboard, offering four DDR3 memory slots (up to 16Gb RAM), one 5.25" and two 3.5" drive bays, one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot (for graphic accelerator), one PCIe 2.0 x1 (for expansion cards), four SATA II/ III connectors, four USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, a mini-PCIe port, DVI and HDMI outputs, and a 300W PSU.
Shuttle has announced the launch of its next generation slim PC, the Shuttle XS35. It sets a new benchmark with its 38.5mm thin chassis, and it can even be mounted behind a LCD monitor to save space.
Shuttle has unveiled its J1 4100 series of SFF PCs, targeting mainstream/ office users and gamers.

lineup will be unveiled at the 2010 International CES, the world’s largest tradeshow
for consumer technology, returning to Las Vegas, January 7-10, 2010. SHUTTLE will be unveiling its new XPC models, including the new J Series, with three models designed for entry-level, mainstream, and high-performance computing. Besides a new look, the models will be ready for the latest new Intel processors for the coming year and beyond.
Shuttle introduced a new all-in-one PC, the X50 from the new X Vision series. Shuttle X50, a 15.6” LCD Touchscreen nettop is powered by Intel's Atom 330 dual-core processor and comes with 1GB of DDR2 memory. It has 160GB SATA drive loaded with Windows XP Home. Other features includes Wireless N, 5.1 Audio with 2x 2W Speaker, 1.3M Pixel Webcam and VESA Mount Ready.
