SiS today announced the SiS672/96/307DV chipset supporting the latest Intel® Atom™ 230 CPU which has been adopted by PEGATRON to develop the Ultra Slim Atom™ NetTop project. The ultra slim NetTop system is designed to link with various LCD monitor models for the All-in-One LCD PC market. It comes with SiS Mirage™3 Graphics, PCI Express x1 interface, two SATA2 ports, 6 USB2.0 ports, High Definition Audio and Gigabit Ethernet.

SiS today announced the first generation SSD memory controllers; LVT820 and LVT815 that are able to support external DRAM interfaces for reducing wear out rate. LVT820 and LVT815 support all mainstream SLC & MLC solid-state memory devices. LVT820 and LVT815 adopt the advanced 0.11um silicon process with LFBGA “Green” packaging technology. LVT820 and LVT815 are sampling and expect to be available on the market in June, 2009.
