Super Talent displayed a new PCI-e based flash storage system at CeBIT that it plans to release to market by the end of April. Dubbed the RAIDDrive upStream, it promises to deliver superior performance to that of conventional SSDs but will cost less than existing PCI-e products from the company.
Super Talent has introduced their USB 3.0 ST2 flash drive which offers read speed of up to 67MB/s and write speed of 24MB/s.

Well-known flash storage and memory maker Super Talent is preparing to introduce its CoreStore line-up of SSDs. Featuring mini PCIe/ PCIe interfaces, they boast a Marvell 88NV9143 controller, MLC (multi-level cell) or SLC (single-level cell) NAND flash memory, and support data transfer rates up to 350Mb/s (read) and 80Mb/s (write) for MLC models and 350Mb/s (read) and 220Mb/s (write) for SLC variants. The CoreStore SSDs are available in capacities ranging from 16Gb to128Gb.
Super Talent Technology has launched the DataGuardian, an affordable secure flash drive for the mainstream users. Available in 4Gb, 8Gb and 16Gb variants, these USB 2.0 compact flash drives boast a password system and are able to block auto-play malware attacks.
Super Talent earlier today announced their newest USB 3.0 entrant, the USB 3.0 Storage Pod. Super Talent's new USB 3.0 Storage Pod unlocks the true performance of modern hard drives and enables them to reach speeds that were previously only obtainable on the SATA bus, yet remain fully backward compatible to the millions of USB 2.0 enabled products; something that eSATA was never able to do.
With second-generation USB 3.0 host controllers starting to emerge, Super Talent has announced that its USB 3.0 RAIDDrive can now reach even faster transfer rates of over 370MB/sec. By connecting the RAIDDrive to a newer host controller, the completely unchanged drive gives users a good 55MB/sec speed boost.
