There's no doubt tablets are evolving, but the question is in which direction and Toshiba's new 13.3-inch Regza AT830 tablet is a product we don't really get. Admittedly, Toshiba has kitted it out with a 1600x900 display which is better than your average 10-inch tablet, but with 1080p models on the horizon, this feels like a product that has failed before it even hit retail.
